These specifications where applicable can include a full manufacturer's warranty. Such a specification can assist owners and managers in obtaining consistent paint proposals. These specifications correlate proper material with each surface (e.g. wood, wrought iron, stucco, etc...) and include any special building conditions that require Waterproofing applications such as elastomeric coatings.
